Scoop Condos

I created this campaign and marketing materials for new condos launched in a part of the city not known for new development. The positioning line, “See what you’re missing”, coupled with images of people representative of our demographic’s profile appeared in all components of the program including signage, sales centre design, print, digital and brochures. Located in an early adopter neighbourhood, the marketing campaign should was designed to be cool, edgy and reflective of the target market. The creative was featured in tote bags, streetcars, and print ads.
